Angel Quinsay, Chief Operating Officer at FilAm Creative, leads with a passion for empowerment, education, and celebration within the Filipino-American creative community. With a clear mission to provide unparalleled training and educational opportunities, FilAm Creative under Angel's guidance is a vibrant platform for diverse talents to shine.

Angel's journey to leadership in the culinary and creative spheres began early, breaking molds in a medical and military family. Graduating from various culinary schools across the globe, including the United States, France, and the Philippines, Angel's expertise elevated her to positions such as Interim Executive Chef at the renowned MAGIC CASTLE in Hollywood, California.

Her clientele includes numerous high-profile figures, with memorable experiences cooking for celebrities like Katy Perry, Anthony Bourdain, Reese Witherspoon, Mel B, Jack Black, Cate Blanchett, Sophia Vergara, Johnny Depp, Nicholas Cage, Keira Knightley, and many more.

Beyond her culinary achievements, Angel's commitment to community service is evident in her role as Vice President for Finance & Budget at the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce South Bay LA, also as an Executive Board of Director for the Coalition of the Filipino American Chambers of Commerce ( COFACC) and her election as Vice President of the Asian American Press Club, where she actively addresses issues like #stopasianhate.
